Xuất Ai Cập Ký 34:5
JPS-1917וַיֵּ֤רֶד יְהֹוָה֙ בֶּֽעָנָ֔ן וַיִּתְיַצֵּ֥ב עִמּ֖וֹ שָׁ֑ם וַיִּקְרָ֥א בְשֵׁ֖ם יְהֹוָֽה׃
And the LORD descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD.

ויקרא בשם ה'. מְתַּרְגְּמִינַן וּקְרָא בִשְׁמָא דַה':
ויקרא בשם ה׳ AND HE CALLED BY NAME, O LORD — We render this in the Targum by, 'ויקרא בשמא דה and he (Moses) called on the name of the Lord.
