וַיֵּ֤רֶד יְהֹוָה֙ בֶּֽעָנָ֔ן וַיִּתְיַצֵּ֥ב עִמּ֖וֹ שָׁ֑ם וַיִּקְרָ֥א בְשֵׁ֖ם יְהֹוָֽה׃

And the LORD descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD.

Rashi — Shemot 34:5

ויקרא בשם ה'. מְתַּרְגְּמִינַן וּקְרָא בִשְׁמָא דַה':

ויקרא בשם ה׳ AND HE CALLED BY NAME, O LORD — We render this in the Targum by, 'ויקרא בשמא דה and he (Moses) called on the name of the Lord.
