Yeremya 48:10
JPS-1917אָר֗וּר עֹשֶׂ֛ה מְלֶ֥אכֶת יְהֹוָ֖ה רְמִיָּ֑ה וְאָר֕וּר מֹנֵ֥עַ חַרְבּ֖וֹ מִדָּֽם׃
Cursed be he that doeth the work of the LORD with a slack hand, And cursed be he that keepeth back his sword from blood.

Cursed be he that does the work of the Lord negligently, and cursed be he that keeps back his sword from blood.
