यिर्मयाह 48:10

אָר֗וּר עֹשֶׂ֛ה מְלֶ֥אכֶת יְהֹוָ֖ה רְמִיָּ֑ה וְאָר֕וּר מֹנֵ֥עַ חַרְבּ֖וֹ מִדָּֽם׃

Cursed be he that doeth the work of the LORD with a slack hand, And cursed be he that keepeth back his sword from blood.
