Isaiah 42:2
JPS-1917לֹ֥א יִצְעַ֖ק וְלֹ֣א יִשָּׂ֑א וְלֹא־יַשְׁמִ֥יעַ בַּח֖וּץ קוֹלֽוֹ׃
He shall not cry, nor lift up, Nor cause his voice to be heard in the street.
