JPS-1917לֹעֵ֣ג לָ֭רָשׁ חֵרֵ֣ף עֹשֵׂ֑הוּ שָׂמֵ֥חַ לְ֝אֵ֗יד לֹ֣א יִנָּקֶֽה׃
Whoso mocketh the poor blasphemeth his Maker; And he that is glad at calamity shall not be unpunished.
