JPS-1917בִּרְב֣וֹת צַ֭דִּיקִים יִשְׂמַ֣ח הָעָ֑ם וּבִמְשֹׁ֥ל רָ֝שָׁ֗ע יֵאָ֥נַֽח עָֽם׃
When the righteous are increased, the people rejoice; but when the wicked beareth rule, the people sigh.
