Deuteronomy 24:10
JPS-1917כִּֽי־תַשֶּׁ֥ה בְרֵֽעֲךָ֖ מַשַּׁ֣את מְא֑וּמָה לֹא־תָבֹ֥א אֶל־בֵּית֖וֹ לַעֲבֹ֥ט עֲבֹטֽוֹ׃
When thou dost lend thy neighbour any manner of loan, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch his pledge.

— Deuteronomy 24:10
כי תשה ברעך. תָחֹב בַּחֲבֵרְךָ:
משאת מאומה. חוֹב שֶׁל כְּלוּם:
כי תשה ברעך means, WHEN THOU EXACTEST A DEBT FROM THY FELLOW MAN; משאת מאומה means, A DEBT OF ANYTHING (whatever it may be).
