Shemot 28:42
JPS-1917וַעֲשֵׂ֤ה לָהֶם֙ מִכְנְסֵי־בָ֔ד לְכַסּ֖וֹת בְּשַׂ֣ר עֶרְוָ֑ה מִמׇּתְנַ֥יִם וְעַד־יְרֵכַ֖יִם יִהְיֽוּ׃
And thou shalt make them linen breeches to cover the flesh of their nakedness; from the loins even unto the thighs they shall reach.

ועשה להם. לְאַהֲרֹן וּלְבָנָיו:
מכנסי בד. הֲרֵי שְׁמוֹנָה בְגָדִים לְכֹהֵן גָּדוֹל וְאַרְבָּעָה לְכֹהֵן הֶדְיוֹט:
ועשה להם AND MAKE FOR THEM — for Aaron and his sons — מכנסי בד LINEN BREECHES — this makes eight garments for the High Priest and four for the ordinary priest.
