Deuteronomy 3:6
JPS-1917וַנַּחֲרֵ֣ם אוֹתָ֔ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשִׂ֔ינוּ לְסִיחֹ֖ן מֶ֣לֶךְ חֶשְׁבּ֑וֹן הַחֲרֵם֙ כׇּל־עִ֣יר מְתִ֔ם הַנָּשִׁ֖ים וְהַטָּֽף׃
And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying every city, the men, and the women, and the little ones.

החרם. לְשׁוֹן הֹוֶה – הָלוֹךְ וְכַלּוֹת:
החרם — This has a present frequentative meaning: going on and destroying (see Rashi on Numbers 25:17).
