十二小先知书 26:10
JPS-1917רַ֥ב מְחוֹלֵֽל־כֹּ֑ל וְשֹׂכֵ֥ר כְּ֝סִ֗יל וְשֹׂכֵ֥ר עֹבְרִֽים׃
A master performeth all things; But he that stoppeth a fool is as one that stoppeth a flood.
