JPS-1917בׇּז־לְרֵעֵ֥הוּ חוֹטֵ֑א וּמְחוֹנֵ֖ן (עניים) [עֲנָוִ֣ים] אַשְׁרָֽיו׃
He that despiseth his neighbour sinneth; But he that is gracious unto the humble, happy is he.
