JPS-1917גַּם־בִּשְׂחֹ֥ק יִכְאַב־לֵ֑ב וְאַחֲרִיתָ֖הּ שִׂמְחָ֣ה תוּגָֽה׃
Even in laughter the heart acheth; And the end of mirth is heaviness.
