Ê-sai 32:19
JPS-1917וּבָרַ֖ד בְּרֶ֣דֶת הַיָּ֑עַר וּבַשִּׁפְלָ֖ה תִּשְׁפַּ֥ל הָעִֽיר׃
And it shall hail, in the downfall of the forest; But the city shall descend into the valley.
