JPS-1917וְאֵת֙ הַמִּצְנֶ֣פֶת שֵׁ֔שׁ וְאֶת־פַּאֲרֵ֥י הַמִּגְבָּעֹ֖ת שֵׁ֑שׁ וְאֶת־מִכְנְסֵ֥י הַבָּ֖ד שֵׁ֥שׁ מׇשְׁזָֽר׃
and the mitre of fine linen, and the goodly head-tires of fine linen, and the linen breeches of fine twined linen,

ואת פארי המגבעת. תִּפְאֶרֶת הַמִּגְבָּעוֹת – הַמִּגְבָּעוֹת הַמְּפֹאָרוֹת:
ואת פארי המגבעות means the beauty of the high caps — this is equivalent to: the beautiful high caps.
