JPS-1917שָׁמַ֥עְנוּ אֶת־שׇׁמְע֖וֹ רָפ֣וּ יָדֵ֑ינוּ צָרָה֙ הֶחֱזִקַ֔תְנוּ חִ֖יל כַּיּֽוֹלֵדָֽה׃
’We have heard the fame thereof, our hands wax feeble, Anguish hath taken hold of us, And pain, as of a woman in travail.’
