JPS-1917וַיַּצְעֵ֤ק שְׁמוּאֵל֙ אֶת־הָעָ֔ם אֶל־יְהֹוָ֖ה הַמִּצְפָּֽה׃
And Samuel called the people together unto the LORD to Mizpah.
