Pesach (Passover) פסח

Passover — an eight-day festival commemorating the Exodus from Egypt. The seder meal on the first two nights retells the story using the Haggadah. Matzah (unleavened bread) is eaten and chametz (leavened food) is forbidden for the entire holiday.
