JPS-1917הִנֵּ֣ה אָ֠נֹכִ֠י שָׂ֣ם אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלַ֧͏ִם סַף־רַ֛עַל לְכׇל־הָעַמִּ֖ים סָבִ֑יב וְגַ֧ם עַל־יְהוּדָ֛ה יִהְיֶ֥ה בַמָּצ֖וֹר עַל־יְרוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃
Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of staggering Unto all the peoples round about, And upon Judah also shall it fall to be in the siege against Jerusalem.

KOREN
Behold, I will make Yerushalayim a cup of staggering to all the peoples round about, and it shall also be for Yehuda during the siege against Yerushalayim.
