ה֗וּא יָ֭מוּת בְּאֵ֣ין מוּסָ֑ר וּבְרֹ֖ב אִוַּלְתּ֣וֹ יִשְׁגֶּֽה׃ {פ}

He shall die for lack of instruction; And in the greatness of his folly he shall reel.
