JPS-1917אֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבֶּ֜ר יִרְמְיָ֤הוּ הַנָּבִיא֙ עַל־כׇּל־עַ֣ם יְהוּדָ֔ה וְאֶ֛ל כׇּל־יֹשְׁבֵ֥י יְרוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם לֵאמֹֽר׃
which Jeremiah the prophet spoke unto all the people of Judah, and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying:
