Proverbs 26:24
JPS-1917בִּ֭שְׂפָתָו יִנָּכֵ֣ר שׂוֹנֵ֑א וּ֝בְקִרְבּ֗וֹ יָשִׁ֥ית מִרְמָֽה׃
He that hateth dissembleth with his lips, But he layeth up deceit within him.
