Proverbs 24:7
JPS-1917רָאמ֣וֹת לֶאֱוִ֣יל חׇכְמ֑וֹת בַּ֝שַּׁ֗עַר לֹ֣א יִפְתַּח־פִּֽיהוּ׃
Wisdom is as unattainable to a fool as corals; He openeth not his mouth in the gate.
