JPS-1917נֶ֣פֶשׁ רָ֭שָׁע אִוְּתָה־רָ֑ע לֹֽא־יֻחַ֖ן בְּעֵינָ֣יו רֵעֵֽהוּ׃
The soul of the wicked desireth evil; His neighbour findeth no favour in his eyes.
