Proverbs 16:33
JPS-1917בַּ֭חֵיק יוּטַ֣ל אֶת־הַגּוֹרָ֑ל וּ֝מֵיְהֹוָ֗ה כׇּל־מִשְׁפָּטֽוֹ׃
The lot is cast into the lap; But the whole disposing thereof is of the LORD.
