Proverbs 16:1
JPS-1917לְאָדָ֥ם מַעַרְכֵי־לֵ֑ב וּ֝מֵיְהֹוָ֗ה מַעֲנֵ֥ה לָשֽׁוֹן׃
The preparations of the heart are man’s, But the answer of the tongue is from the LORD.
