Proverbs 10:32
JPS-1917שִׂפְתֵ֣י צַ֭דִּיק יֵדְע֣וּן רָצ֑וֹן וּפִ֥י רְ֝שָׁעִ֗ים תַּהְפֻּכֽוֹת׃
The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable; But the mouth of the wicked is all frowardness.
