Proverbs 10:25
JPS-1917כַּעֲב֣וֹר ס֭וּפָה וְאֵ֣ין רָשָׁ֑ע וְ֝צַדִּ֗יק יְס֣וֹד עוֹלָֽם׃
When the whirlwind passeth, the wicked is no more; But the righteous is an everlasting foundation.
