Proverbs 10:13
JPS-1917בְּשִׂפְתֵ֣י נָ֭בוֹן תִּמָּצֵ֣א חׇכְמָ֑ה וְ֝שֵׁ֗בֶט לְגֵ֣ו חֲסַר־לֵֽב׃
In the lips of him that hath discernment wisdom is found; but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding.
