箴言 29:16
JPS-1917בִּרְב֣וֹת רְ֭שָׁעִים יִרְבֶּה־פָּ֑שַׁע וְ֝צַדִּיקִ֗ים בְּֽמַפַּלְתָּ֥ם יִרְאֽוּ׃
When the wicked are increased, transgression increaseth; But the righteous shall gaze upon their fall.

When the wicked are multiplied, transgression increases: both the righteous shall witness their fall.
