JPS-1917לִֽי־עֵ֭צָה וְתוּשִׁיָּ֑ה אֲנִ֥י בִ֝ינָ֗ה לִ֣י גְבוּרָֽה׃
Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom; I am understanding, power is mine.
