Exodus 19:25
JPS-1917וַיֵּ֥רֶד מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל־הָעָ֑ם וַיֹּ֖אמֶר אֲלֵהֶֽם׃ {ס}
So Moses went down unto the people, and told them.
