JPS-1917עַל־כֵּ֣ן עֲלֵיכֶ֔ם כָּלְא֥וּ שָׁמַ֖יִם מִטָּ֑ל וְהָאָ֖רֶץ כָּלְאָ֥ה יְבוּלָֽהּ׃
Therefore over you the heaven hath kept back, so that there is no dew, and the earth hath kept back her produce.
