Ézéchiel 103:8
JPS-1917רַח֣וּם וְחַנּ֣וּן יְהֹוָ֑ה אֶ֖רֶךְ אַפַּ֣יִם וְרַב־חָֽסֶד׃
The LORD is full of compassion and gracious, Slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
