Osée 17:26
JPS-1917גַּ֤ם עֲנ֣וֹשׁ לַצַּדִּ֣יק לֹא־ט֑וֹב לְהַכּ֖וֹת נְדִיבִ֣ים עַל־יֹֽשֶׁר׃
To punish also the righteous is not good, Nor to strike the noble for their uprightness.
