JPS-1917הָפֵ֣ר מַ֭חֲשָׁבוֹת בְּאֵ֣ין ס֑וֹד וּבְרֹ֖ב יוֹעֲצִ֣ים תָּקֽוּם׃
For want of counsel purposes are frustrated; But in the multitude of counsellors they are established.
