Osée 10:30
JPS-1917צַ֭דִּיק לְעוֹלָ֣ם בַּל־יִמּ֑וֹט וּ֝רְשָׁעִ֗ים לֹ֣א יִשְׁכְּנוּ־אָֽרֶץ׃
The righteous shall never be moved; But the wicked shall not inhabit the land.
