Ezra-Nehemiah 4:4
JPS-1917וַיְהִי֙ עַם־הָאָ֔רֶץ מְרַפִּ֖ים יְדֵ֣י עַם־יְהוּדָ֑ה (ומבלהים) [וּֽמְבַהֲלִ֥ים] אוֹתָ֖ם לִבְנֽוֹת׃
Then the people of the land weakened the hands of the people of Judah, and harried them while they were building,
