JPS-1917יַ֣עַן קָ֭רָאתִי וַתְּמָאֵ֑נוּ נָטִ֥יתִי יָ֝דִ֗י וְאֵ֣ין מַקְשִֽׁיב׃
Because I have called, and ye refused, I have stretched out my hand, and no man attended,
