Shemot 30:26
JPS-1917וּמָשַׁחְתָּ֥ ב֖וֹ אֶת־אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וְאֵ֖ת אֲר֥וֹן הָעֵדֻֽת׃
And thou shalt anoint therewith the tent of meeting, and the ark of the testimony,

— Shemot 30:26
ומשחת בו. כָּל הַמְּשִׁיחוֹת כְּמִין כִי, חוּץ מִשֶּׁל מְלָכִים שֶׁהֵן כְּמִין נֵזֶר (כריתות ה'):
ומשחת בו AND THOU SHALT ANOINT WITH IT — All anointings mentioned in Scriptures were made in the form of a Greek X except the anointing of kings which were made round the head like a crown (wreath) (Keritot 5b).
