耶利米书 40:5
JPS-1917בְּפֶ֤שַׁע יַֽעֲקֹב֙ כׇּל־זֹ֔את וּבְחַטֹּ֖אות בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל מִֽי־פֶ֣שַׁע יַעֲקֹ֗ב הֲלוֹא֙ שֹֽׁמְר֔וֹן וּמִי֙ בָּמ֣וֹת יְהוּדָ֔ה הֲל֖וֹא יְרוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃
For the transgression of Jacob is all this, And for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? Is it not Samaria? And what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?

All this is for the transgression of Ya῾aqov, and for the sins of the house of Yisra᾽el. What is the transgression of Ya῾aqov? is it not Shomeron? and what are the high places of Yehuda? are they not Yerushalayim?
