JPS-1917הֲיֵשׁ־לַמָּטָ֥ר אָ֑ב א֥וֹ מִי־ה֝וֹלִ֗יד אֶגְלֵי־טָֽל׃
Hath the rain a father? Or who hath begotten the drops of dew?
