Isaiah 40:13
JPS-1917מִֽי־תִכֵּ֥ן אֶת־ר֖וּחַ יְהֹוָ֑ה וְאִ֖ישׁ עֲצָת֥וֹ יוֹדִיעֶֽנּוּ׃
Who hath meted out the spirit of the LORD? Or who was His counsellor that he might instruct Him?
