JPS-1917ה֥וֹי הַחֹֽקְקִ֖ים חִקְקֵי־אָ֑וֶן וּֽמְכַתְּבִ֥ים עָמָ֖ל כִּתֵּֽבוּ׃
Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, And to the writers that write iniquity;
