以赛亚书 23:6
JPS-1917לְבֻשֵׁ֤י תְכֵ֙לֶת֙ פַּח֣וֹת וּסְגָנִ֔ים בַּח֥וּרֵי חֶ֖מֶד כֻּלָּ֑ם פָּרָשִׁ֕ים רֹכְבֵ֖י סוּסִֽים׃
clothed with blue, governors and rulers, handsome young men all of them, horsemen riding upon horses.
