Book of the Twelve 58:14
JPS-1917כִּ֣י כֹ֣ה אָמַר֮ יְהֹוָ֣ה צְבָאוֹת֒ כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר זָמַ֜מְתִּי לְהָרַ֣ע לָכֶ֗ם בְּהַקְצִ֤יף אֲבֹֽתֵיכֶם֙ אֹתִ֔י אָמַ֖ר יְהֹוָ֣ה צְבָא֑וֹת וְלֹ֖א נִחָֽמְתִּי׃
For thus saith the LORD of host: As I purposed to do evil unto you, when your fathers provoked Me, saith the LORD of hosts, and I repented not;
