Book of the Twelve 39:6
JPS-1917כִּ֛י אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה לֹ֣א שָׁנִ֑יתִי וְאַתֶּ֥ם בְּנֵֽי־יַעֲקֹ֖ב לֹ֥א כְלִיתֶֽם׃
For I the LORD change not; and ye, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed.
