Book of the Twelve 21:11
JPS-1917וַיְהִ֣י אֶפְרַ֔יִם כְּיוֹנָ֥ה פוֹתָ֖ה אֵ֣ין לֵ֑ב מִצְרַ֥יִם קָרָ֖אוּ אַשּׁ֥וּר הָלָֽכוּ׃
And Ephraim is become like a silly dove, without understanding; They call unto Egypt, they go to Assyria.
