Book of the Twelve 20:6
JPS-1917כִּ֛י חֶ֥סֶד חָפַ֖צְתִּי וְלֹא־זָ֑בַח וְדַ֥עַת אֱלֹהִ֖ים מֵעֹלֽוֹת׃
For I desire mercy, and not sacrifice, And the knowledge of God rather than burnt-offerings.
