Book of the Twelve 13:3
JPS-1917וַֽיְהִי֙ דְּבַר־יְהֹוָ֔ה בְּיַד־חַגַּ֥י הַנָּבִ֖יא לֵאמֹֽר׃
Then came the word of the LORD by Haggai the prophet, saying:
